This is a city derby, both teams share the Gradski stadium in Tetovo. Shkendija is from Tetovo, while Renova is from Dzepciste, a small village near Tetovo. I expect an interesting match and I think Renova have the advantage.Shkednija is a team with number of fans. Even both teams share the stadium, there will be more Shkendija fans. So, Shkendija players will be boosted by the fans support, no doubt about that.Shkednija and Renova are neighbors on the table. Shkendija is on the sixth position with 35 points, while Renova is 7th with 34 points. You realize this is gonna be a hard battle. But Shkendija is in big finance problems. The players are unpaid and they are asking the salaries. The atmosphere in the squad is very bad. That is why five important players left the squad at Friday - Ertan Demiri, Muzafer Ejupi, Trajce Nikov, Sedat Berisha and Burhan Aliji. It is a problem for the coach Artim Shakiri. It is not impossible some more players to do the same. It is clear Shakiri will have to play with mixed squad and some youngsters will be in the starting eleven. To be even worse, the experienced Artim Polozhani and some other are injured.Renova is in solid form, they have only one defeat in the last seven rounds, followed by four victories and two draws. In that period Renova won 2:1 even against today opponent, Shkendija (07.03.2013).The actual situation in Shkendija squad is very hard and that is the key reason for my pick.
